Non-Emergency Medical Assistance Transportation 

Non-Emergency Transportation (NEMT) is available for recipients who have no other means of getting to their medical appointments. We provide the following service: 

• Ambulatory
• Ambulance
• Aero medical
• Wheelchair

Transportation services are provided by the local jurisdictions. To obtain transportation, please refer to the Local Transportation Contact Numbers. Transportation services must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance, with the exception of hospital discharges. When calling for transportation, please have the following information for the operator: medical assistance number, your pickup address, date, time and address of appointment. When calling, you will be asked a list of questions, as we can only provide transport for those who have no other means of getting to their appointments. Transportation services are subject to limitations.
