These policies are based on the Code of Maryland Annotated Regulations and apply to the following drugs:

 
  1)   All prescriptions for Fee-for-service Medicaid recipients
  2)   All prescriptions for Fee-for-service Primary Adult Care (PAC) recipients (prior to enrollment in a Managed Care Organization)
  3)   Mental health drugs and antiretroviral drugs for PAC recipients after they enroll in an MCO
  4)   HealthChoice enrollees’ mental health drugs and Fuzeon antiretroviral drugs
