Providers must be enrolled in eMedicaid. If you need information or assistance to enroll in eMedicaid, please call 410-767-5340. Once enrolled, providers may download their weekly EOB by accessing the following website: www.emdhealthchoice.org

  HOW CAN A PROVIDER REQUEST TRAINING FOR CMS-1500 PAPER BILLING?

 
The Provider Training and Liaison Unit provide quarterly trainings to Maryland Medicaid providers. To register for the training, call 410-767-6024 or go to www.dhmh.state.md/mma/providerinfo and click on Provider Training to view the schedule and registration form.
